Candidate Submission Process
To nominate yourself for a position, please complete the 2023 Candidate Information Form (linked below) and submit it to the Association via email or regular mail on or before May 19, 2025 (must be received by this date). All candidates must be full members in good standing with no outstanding dues or fees. There will NOT be an option to write in candidates on the ballot.
Candidates are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided on the form. Please type or print the form legibly and include any information you wish to communicate to the full Membership. The completed returned forms will be posted unaltered on our website OMLPOA.org right after the May 19th deadline. Invites for the Candidate zoom will be sent out at that time also.
Please return your completed form through one of these means so that it is received by the May deadlines.
